Personalized Fitness and Nutrition Services
Vici Wellness Studio offers a variety of customized fitness sessions and classes, along with personalized nutrition counseling. Our small,private studio provides a welcoming environment for 1-on-1 training and small group classes of up to 6 people. We offer classes such as: yoga, stretching, mat pilates, recovery, breath work, strength and sport conditioning, post-rehab conditioning, recreational sport conditioning(Golf, Pickleball, tennis). We specialize in fitness and nutrition for middle aged to elderly populations and those with conditions like arthritis, menopause, Diabetes, and hip/knee injuries. We offer Nutrition programs from weight loss, healthy balanced eating, and specific health condition nutrition. We work closely with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive health and nutrition plans. Each month we collaborate with other fitness instructors and health practitioners to offer new classes, workshops and health topics of the month from Reiki to cooking demonstrations. Elena is a Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition And Food Science from an accredited didactic program and a Registered dietetic Technician(NDTR,DTR). Elena is an ACE Certified Personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in various health clubs, with specialties in Orthopedic Exercise, Weight loss and management, and Youth Fitness. She offers virtual and in person sessions, classes and consults.
Vici Wellness approach of health is inspired by Blue Zones and their lifestyle factors. Elena is bringing this factors together making it feasible for clients to achieve these lifestyle factors. Her three pillars of health are based on, “Veni, Vidi, Vici“

Our Story
At Vici Wellness Studio, we have been helping our members achieve their fitness goals for over 10 years. Our founder, Elena Leva, was inspired to create a health club that was focused on community, support, and making fitness and health accessible to everyone. Elena is a Registered Dietetic Technician,NDTR/DTR with a Bachelor of Nutrition

Our founder, Elena Leva, was inspired to create a health club that was focused on community, support, and making fitness and health accessible to everyone. Elena is a Registered Dietetic Technician,NDTR/DTR with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Food Science degree and a ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 Years of expeirence. She is also a second degree black belt in Krav Maga Mixed Martial arts and certified self defense instructor; empowering youth to university students, like Temple University, to protect themselves. She is specialized in Weight loss & management, Diabetes/ Insulin Resistance Management, and overall functional& orthopedic exercise.
Elena is a first generation Italian. Her heritage and culture have inspired her to base her programming on the principles of Blue Zones—regions known for their high concentration of centenarians. Her studio is designed as an educational space where clients engage in activities that mirror daily life, using minimal equipment to encourage sustainable, long-term habits. Elena’s approach is grounded in lifestyle factors that have been extensively studied and proven to support longevity and overall well-being."
